Located on the south side of Manzanita close to the beach and town. Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people.

Additional: Please note: All reservations will receive a call from our office to confirm each reservation verbally. We are old fashion and like to talk to a person. Your reservation will not be confirmed fully until we confirm dates, details, occupancy, pets, etc.
Please read the following policies and procedures carefully. You agree to the following terms upon booking, which confirms that you have read the house rules, accept responsibility and conditions, and fully understand its content. If you have any questions, please call our office or message us on Airbnb. Thank you!
Cancellations/Super Strict 30-Day Policy and Rules:
- For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 30 days before 4:00 pm of the check-in date.
- Changing reservation dates is only permitted up to 45 days before arrival. All date changes are subject to a $125 fee and will be subject to any rate changes.
- If you are within 45 days of arrival, dates cannot be moved.
- No refunds for a shortened stay.
- If there is a complaint from your party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Good Person Policy: We kindly ask that you treat this home respectfully. Please be a good neighbor, as you are staying in a town full of long-term residents. Park on our property only unless we instruct you otherwise. Please stay within the car, and the people limit we set in our prior correspondence with you.
Arrival and Departure Day: Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions on your pre-arrival that are sent via email 3 days before your stay.
Furnishings: Our homes are fully furnished and include all linens, including beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, kleenex, foil, saran wrap, salt, and pepper. Also included are essential cookware, utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, propane for BBQ and fire pits, etc. You must provide toiletries, napkins, and paper/picnic goods. (Please do not take bath linens down to the beach.)
Check-In/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Check-out time is 11:00am.
If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we can only grant this on the day of arrival or departure based on the schedule for the house. This will only be available October-May and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please speak with your reservation specialist for details. Please check out promptly, as we must prepare the house for the next guests. Unless approved beforehand, late check-outs will be subject to a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past check-out time.
Quiet Hours: Manzanita City Ordinance states the quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. If a call is made to MBG for a noise complaint by a neighbor, you may be subject to eviction without a refund if guests do not remedy this asap. Please be courteous to your neighbors that live in the area full-time. Please be mindful of noise outside and around hot tubs, etc. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful. Thank you.
Occupant and Car Parking Limits: The city ordinances dictate the occupancy and parking policies to control noise and congestion in our neighborhoods and maintain the livability of our neighborhoods. According to our city/county permits, tents are not allowed, and any trailers, RVs, or campers must not be occupied or used while parked at the homes. The occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded at any time. This means total occupancy includes non-occupant visitors. If you anticipate visitors dropping by, we ask you to rent a larger home. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees. This home has a 2-3 car limit (parking is very tight, ask our office for details) and a 10 people occupancy including children and infants (Max 8 Adults)
Pet Policies: This home does not allow pets. If evidence of pets is found in the house, you will be charged a fee to be determined by MBG based on damages or extra cleaning.
Departure Instructions: We ask that you put all dirty laundry in a pile by the washer and start at least one load before departure. (Please start with the towels). Please start the dishwasher before departing. Remove all garbage to the outside cans provided. Please follow any other departure instructions specific to the home you rented. You will find these on the picture frame located in the house.
Smoking: No homes allow smoking, including vaping or marijuana. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property at any time. If any smoking has happened on the property, a claim will be filed, and MBG will determine the cost based on cleaning charges.
Minimum Stay: All homes have a two-night minimum with a few exceptions. A six-night minimum on reservations during July and August. Four-night minimum during the last two weeks of June. There is a three-night reservation minimum for Memorial weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Gaps in between stays can be reserved with approval by MBG staff. Date availability can change at any time.
Refunds, Rules, and Disclaimers: No refunds will be issued due to weather, off-premise noise caused by construction near the home, or mechanical failure. We rent our vacation homes to adults only over the age of 23. No parties are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. All prices on unconfirmed reservations are subject to change without notice. Our homes are individually owned, and amenities are subject to change at any time—no refunds or discounts for appliance malfunction or amenity changes.
Liability: This agreement dictates that guests or visitors of guests will not hold Manzanita Beach Getaway or any of the homeowners responsible for things such as Personal injury, death, or loss of property.
Transfer: Rental reservations are non-transferable to another party.

Great house and location. Perfect house for a family with kids! We all had a great time and enjoyed the easy beach access and clean house!
They called me multiple times before the trip verify and reverify guests

They called me multiple times before the trip verify and reverify guests. While being there they called multiple times while I was on a hike with my family, leaving me voicemails while I didn’t have connection on the hike. They said I was being reported for having too many vehicles parked at the house in the middle of the day. They said police was being notified to cite the vehicles. It was not relaxing. That night a man, presumably a neighbor, was standing in front of the deck with a beer bottle watching my family eat dinner. It was very uncomfortable. I reached out to Airbnb and they told me he was allowed to do that because he wasn’t on the deck and I should close the shades. We were trying to enjoy a family dinner and watch sunset. The whole experience was very unusual. The house was pretty inside and location was nice as well.

The home, location, and team are wonderful! They are excellent communicators and the space is even better than pictured! It has all you could want and the design is intentional and elevated.
We even had a technical issue and they were able to get a member to the house almost immediately to help solve it.
I would love to return and will recommend it to others!

Very beautiful views of the beach and the sunset. Lucky to have clear skies and weather. The big windows made it very nice to spend time looking at the water.
The house was very clean and the decorations and applianced were high quality.
An access path to the beach does go beside and behind the house (including the hot tub) so it isn’t the most private if that’s what you’re looking for but it’s the trade off for good location.
Our kids loved the bunk beds but there wasn’t as much else for kids otherwise. Still good for a family vacation. Plenty of space for multiple families too.

Gorgeous house with expansive views of the ocean. We were five 60-something women having a retreat. The house was beautifully equipped, beds were super comfy, as were the common areas. Easily walkable to town, but away from the bustle. We would love to return.
