Neighborhood
Located on the south side of Manzanita close to the beach and town. Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people.
Access
Guests have access to the whole house, there is no garage on this property.

Sea Spirit is a stunning beach home! The combination of comfort, space, and natural beauty makes it the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful getaway.
Nestled on the serene north side of Manzanita, Sea Spirit offers an unparalleled coastal retreat. This beautifully designed home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large family room ideal for relaxation and entertainment. With an 85" TV, a wet bar, and a puzzle table, it's the perfect space to unwind with loved ones.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub (bath salts provided), shower, double vanity, and large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are at the top of the stairs with queen beds. One room has its own small deck with seating. These two bedrooms share a nearby bathroom with tub/shower.
Every detail of Sea Spirit has been thoughtfully curated for comfort, from the plush mattresses and linens to the cozy furnishings. Rich wood accents create a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the open floor plan ensures easy flow for gatherings and celebrations. Sea Spirit has two living spaces. One on the main level with fireplace and surrounded by windows that face the tall trees. The other is downstairs and made for fun with an 85" TV, game/puzzle table with chairs, a wet bar and more.
Step outside onto the expansive west-facing deck perched among the towering trees. With plenty of seating and a Weber BBQ, it’s a perfect spot for enjoying the outdoors, whether you’re soaking in the sun, sharing a meal, or simply spending quality time with family and friends.
Bring out the dogs to make it a complete family vacation. Up to two dogs over the age of two years old.

Additional: Please note: All reservations will receive a call from our office to confirm each reservation verbally. We are old fashion and like to talk to a person. Your reservation will not be confirmed fully until we confirm dates, details, occupancy, pets, etc.
Please read the following policies and procedures carefully. You agree to the following terms upon booking, which confirms that you have read the house rules, accept responsibility and conditions, and fully understand its content. If you have any questions, please call our office or message us on the platform you booked on. Thank you!
- Changing reservation dates is only permitted up to 45 days before arrival. All date changes are subject to a $125 fee and will be subject to any rate changes.
- If you are within 45 days of arrival, dates cannot be moved.
- No refunds for a shortened stay.
- If there is a complaint from your party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Good Person Policy: We kindly ask that you treat this home respectfully. Please be a good neighbor, as you are staying in a town full of long-term residents. Park on our property only unless we instruct you otherwise. Please stay within the car, and the people limit we set in our prior correspondence with you.
Arrival and Departure Day: Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions on your pre-arrival that are sent via email 3 days before your stay.
Furnishings: Our homes are fully furnished and include all linens, including beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, kleenex, foil, saran wrap, salt, and pepper. Also included are essential cookware, utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, propane for BBQ and fire pits, etc. You must provide toiletries, napkins, and paper/picnic goods. (Please do not take bath linens down to the beach.)
Check-In/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Check-out time is 10:00am.
If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we can only grant this on the day of arrival or departure based on the schedule for the house. This will only be available October-May and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please speak with your reservation specialist for details. Please check out promptly, as we must prepare the house for the next guests. Unless approved beforehand, late check-outs will be subject to a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past check-out time.
Quiet Hours: Manzanita City Ordinance states the quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. If a call is made to MBG for a noise complaint by a neighbor, you may be subject to eviction without a refund if guests do not remedy this asap. Please be courteous to your neighbors that live in the area full-time. Please be mindful of noise outside and around hot tubs, etc. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful. Thank you.
Occupant and Car Parking Limits: The city ordinances dictate the occupancy and parking policies to control noise and congestion in our neighborhoods and maintain the livability of our neighborhoods. According to our city/county permits, tents are not allowed, and any trailers, RVs, or campers must not be occupied or used while parked at the homes. The occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded at any time. This means total occupancy includes non-occupant visitors. If you anticipate visitors dropping by, we ask you to rent a larger home. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees. This home has a 3 car limit and a 8 person (6 Max adults) occupancy limit.
Pet Policies: Limit up to 2 dogs to this home (unless otherwise arranged). We do not allow dog under the age of 2 years old. No cats or any other animals are permitted. We require dog to be flea treated at least a week before the arrival date unless they are already on a monthly, year-round regimen. The dog is not allowed on furniture or bedding. All dog waste must be picked up before leaving the premises. If extensive cleaning inside or out, digging, or destruction to the outside of the property is required because of the dog, or if animals are found to have been present in a home that does not allow them, additional money will be requested based on an hourly rate determined by MBG.
Departure Instructions: We ask that you put all dirty laundry in a pile by the washer and start at least one load before departure. (Please start with the towels). Please start the dishwasher before departing. Remove all garbage to the outside cans provided. Please follow any other departure instructions specific to the home you rented. You will find these on the picture frame located in the house.
Smoking: No homes allow smoking, including vaping or marijuana. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property at any time. If any smoking has happened on the property, a claim will be filed, and MBG will determine the cost based on cleaning charges.
Minimum Stay: All homes have a two-night minimum with a few exceptions. A six-night minimum on reservations during July and August. Four-night minimum during the last two weeks of June. There is a three-night reservation minimum for Memorial weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Gaps in between stays can be reserved with approval by MBG staff. Date availability can change at any time.
Refunds, Rules, and Disclaimers: No refunds will be issued due to weather, off-premise noise caused by construction near the home, or mechanical failure. We rent our vacation homes to adults only over the age of 23. No parties are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. All prices on unconfirmed reservations are subject to change without notice. Our homes are individually owned, and amenities are subject to change at any time—no refunds or discounts for appliance malfunction or amenity changes.
Liability: This agreement dictates that guests or visitors of guests will not hold Manzanita Beach Getaway or any of the homeowners responsible for things such as Personal injury, death, or loss of property.
Transfer: Rental reservations are non-transferable to another party.

We had a lovely time here while in Manzanita! We were walkable to restaurants and the beach which was so fun. The house was spotless and spacious!
Things to note:
-I wouldn't say the driveway fits 3 cars depending on how big your vehicles are. We had a large truck and small suv and it was tight.
-We were looking forward to a cozy movie room but the couch is small and not very comfortable. The room is cool tho. Probably great for kids!!!
- The main bedroom fireplace and living room fireplace are one in the same and you can see thru to each side. It was a tad loud in the morning and at night if people aren't waking and going to sleep at the same time. You also arent allowed to have real fires. Just one starter a night.
- If you are downstairs and someone upstairs flushes the toilet in the middle of the night it’s like an alarm clock. Its loud and sounds like everything is being flooded.
Nit picky things, but we truly had a lovely time and would def recommend esp if you have kids:)

We loved our stay! The house was great for us and for our 1 year old. The kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved having the separate basement space to hangout once our son went to sleep. Would definitely stay here again!
