Dream Catcher is located on the south side of Manzanita, which puts you close to the beach, golf course and state park! Town is just a bike ride away, and those bikes are provided for you in the garage.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

Take a quick walk to the Manzanita Golf Course, Nehalem Bay State Park, shopping, and fine dining. In addition, the kids will enjoy the Manzanita City Park along with the beach that is only 1.5 blocks away.

Leave all your cares at the door when you enter this beautiful 1,600 sq ft home. Refresh and rejuvenate in this beach home full of warm and personal touches with lots of natural wood accents. The spacious living room has two full-size couches with a plush recliner, smart TV, and one of the most oversized wood-burning fireplaces we have seen. Wood provided. Break out some puzzles or games at the designated game table. No more moving games aside to eat at the table.

Down the hall from the living room is a large kitchen with everything you could ever want to cook a delicious meal after a long day on the beach. Enjoy the large dining table with beautiful stained glass lighting overhead. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room which also has a full-size walk-in shower.

Near the kitchen, you can settle into the spacious downstairs queen bedroom and enjoy the full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bedroom window has a great view of the backyard that brings nature vibes inside.

You will find a half bathroom, one very spacious queen bedroom, and another bedroom with three queens up the stairs. Both bedrooms have TVs. The upstairs loft has access to a deck, perfect for listening to the roar of the ocean and enjoying a coffee break in the morning. The bedroom with the three queens has one bed in the center of the room and two in their nooks. The nooks are great for kids as they can close the curtains to the beds and have their forts with lighting and all.

The backyard rests between trees and lots of greenery around. Gather around the outside fire pit during the evening and gaze at the starry sky. Listen to the sounds of birds chirping and tell stories of the day's adventures. The covered deck offers comfortable seating where you can grill dinner on the gas BBQ. The garage is not for parking, but you're welcome to use it for storing items. There is a large beach cart to haul your items down to the beach, bikes, and a toddler scooter.

If you`re staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car, but if you are wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.

You agree to the following terms upon booking, which confirms that you have read the house rules, accept responsibility and conditions, and fully understand its content. If you have any questions, please call our office or message us on the platform you booked on. Thank you! - Changing reservation dates is only permitted up to 45 days before arrival. All date changes are subject to a $125 fee. - If you are within 45 days of arrival, dates cannot be moved. - No refunds for a shortened stay. - If there is a complaint from your party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in. Good Person Policy: We kindly ask that you treat this home respectfully. Please be a good neighbor, as you are staying in a town full of long-term residents. Park on our property only unless we instruct you otherwise. Please stay within the car, and the people limit we set in our prior correspondence with you. Arrival and Departure Day: Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions on your pre-arrival that are sent via email 3 days before your stay. Furnishings: Our homes are fully furnished and include all linens, including beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, bar soap, kleenex, foil, saran wrap, salt, and pepper. Also included are essential cookware, utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, propane for BBQ and firepits, etc. You must provide toiletries, napkins, and paper/picnic goods. (Please do not take bath linens down to the beach.) Check-In/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we can only grant this on the day of arrival or departure based on the schedule for the house. This will only be available October-May and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please speak with your reservation specialist for details. Please check out promptly, as we must prepare the house for the next guests. Unless approved beforehand, late check-outs will be subject to a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past check-out time. Quiet Hours: Manzanita City Ordinance states the quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. If a call is made to MBG for a noise complaint by a neighbor, you may be subject to eviction without a refund if guests do not remedy this asap. Please be courteous to your neighbors that live in the area full-time. Please be mindful of noise outside and around hot tubs, etc. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful. Thank you. Occupant and Car Parking Limits: The city ordinances dictate the occupancy and parking policies to control noise and congestion in our neighborhoods and maintain the livability of our neighborhoods. According to our city/county permits, tents are not allowed, and any trailers, RVs, or campers must not be occupied or used while parked at the homes. The occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded at any time. This means total occupancy includes non-occupant visitors. If you anticipate visitors dropping by, we ask you to rent a larger home. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees. This home has a 3 car limit and a 8 person (6 max of adults) occupancy limit. Pet Policies: Limit 2 dogs to this home (unless otherwise arranged). We do not allow dogs under the age of 2 years old. No cats or any other animals are permitted. We require all dogs to be flea treated at least a week before the arrival date unless they are already on a monthly, year-round regimen. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding. All dog waste must be picked up before leaving the premises. If extensive cleaning inside or out, digging, or destruction to the outside of the property is required because of the dogs, or if animals are found to have been present in a home that does not allow them, additional money will be requested based on an hourly rate determined by MBG. Departure Instructions: We ask that you put all dirty laundry in a pile by the washer and start at least one load before departure. (Please start with the towels). Please start the dishwasher before departing. Remove all garbage to the outside cans provided. Please follow any other departure instructions specific to the home you rented. You will find these on the picture frame located in the house. Smoking: No homes allow smoking, including vaping or marijuana. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property at any time. If any smoking has happened on the property, a claim will be filed, and MBG will determine the cost based on cleaning charges. Minimum Stay: All homes have a two-night minimum with a few exceptions. A six-night minimum on reservations during July and August. Four-night minimum during the last two weeks of June. There is a three-night reservation minimum for Memorial weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Gaps in between stays can be reserved with approval by MBG staff. Date availability can change at any time. Refunds, Rules, and Disclaimers: No refunds will be issued due to weather, off-premise noise caused by construction near the home, or mechanical failure. We rent our vacation homes to adults only over the age of 23. No parties are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. All prices on unconfirmed reservations are subject to change without notice. Our homes are individually owned, and amenities are subject to change at any time—no refunds or discounts for appliance malfunction or amenity changes. Liability: This agreement dictates that guests or visitors of guests will not hold Manzanita Beach Getaway or any of the homeowners responsible for things such as Personal injury, death, or loss of property. Transfer: Rental reservations are non-transferable to another party.
