Description

A beautiful home located a short walk to downtown Manzanita and the beach. This beautiful home was just recently updated inside and out. It is tastefully designed, furnished and decorated to make our guests feel pampered and relaxed.

Entering the home, you walk through a long entry with custom stone flooring that transitions into hardwood floors throughout the living room, kitchen and dining room. The well-stocked kitchen features stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas range. 

All three bedrooms are beautifully furnished and include high quality mattresses and linens. Enjoy the superior master suite with king bed, walk in closet and large, en-suite bathroom with shower. Just down the hall are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other, which doubles as a den with a TV and floor to ceiling bookshelves fully stocked, has a twin bed and a twin fold out love seat.

This thoughtful design extends to the beautifully landscaped yard offering privacy, comfortable outdoor seating, a new gas grill, lovely plantings and Japanese-inspired hardscaping. A fire pit provides the final touch to this perfect setting.

In the garage you will find two bikes which are great for getting around Manzanita or to Nehalem Bay State Park where you can enjoy many biking trails. Manzanita Fresh Foods market and the main street with shops, restaurants and galleries are just a block away from the house. The beach is a short 10 minute walk.  We are confident you will love the serenity and comfort this home has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. (We are not sure if the heat vent was connected to the middle bedroom, as all of the other rooms were warm wow that one stayed pretty cold the entire time. However we found lots of blankets and used those for that room overnight and we were fine.) We loved the house and would like to stay here again. It was the perfect size for our family and dog. Great property! Tell us about your favorite feature of the property. Comfortable beds and great quality amenities especially in the kitchen. Bikes and sand toys were great, too.

The house was perfect for us. It is outside of the tsunami zones and within walking distance to everything we needed. The house was very clean, it has a great layout, and everything was in working order. We had a wonderful stay. The towels were so soft and the knives in the kitchen were sharp. The house had everything we needed for the week. I also really liked having the key pad on the door instead of a key.

Really appreciate the attentiveness and attention. We ended up not bringing our dogs, but the team was very helpful in answering my questions and easing the possibility of bringing our pets in the future if we wanted to.

For the specific property, I really liked the open layout of the living space. If the weather had been nicer, we would have loved to use the fire pit outside! In general, I really appreciate how well stocked the places are and not having to worry about bringing bedding, towels, basic kitchen gadgets and spices, etc
