The name Sea Cliff says it all. Perched on a Manzanita cliff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, you can watch the waves roll in from multiple levels of decking. You will best enjoy the view from the hot tub on the main deck or the quaint deck off the upstairs bedroom.

Bring the family and settle into this three-bedroom, two-bath home with outstanding ocean views, an open floor plan, and luscious bedding. The main level of the house has one bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, and a full jack n' jill bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own vanity with a sink. All bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, plush pillows, duvet comforters (no down).

The kitchen is fully stocked for the finest cook. The gas stove and layout of the kitchen is the perfect recipe for the best coastal meal. Let the dishwasher do all the work as you relax on the L-shaped couch in the living room. This couch allows for lounging and cuddling up near the gas fireplace. Just off the living room is the sunroom wrapped in large picture windows that showcase the ocean views. This room has an oversized fold-out couch (bedding supplied) and a love seat. Also, the sunroom is a great room to drink your morning coffee and enjoy the views. Play games or try your hand at one of the puzzles on the game table. Nearby is the large dining table that seats up to 8 people.

The washer and dryer area is off the kitchen and has an ironing board/iron.

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.

Please read the following policies and procedures carefully. You agree to the following terms upon booking, which confirms that you have read the house rules, accept responsibility and conditions, and fully understand its content. If you have any questions, please call our office or message us on the platform you booked on. Thank you! - Changing reservation dates is only permitted up to 45 days before arrival. All date changes are subject to a $125 fee. - If you are within 45 days of arrival, dates cannot be moved. - No refunds for a shortened stay. - If there is a complaint from your party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in. Good Person Policy: We kindly ask that you treat this home respectfully. Please be a good neighbor, as you are staying in a town full of long-term residents. Park on our property only unless we instruct you otherwise. Please stay within the car, and the people limit we set in our prior correspondence with you. Arrival and Departure Day: Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions on your pre-arrival that are sent via email 3 days before your stay. Furnishings: Our homes are fully furnished and include all linens, including beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, bar soap, kleenex, foil, saran wrap, salt, and pepper. Also included are essential cookware, utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, propane for BBQ and firepits, etc. You must provide toiletries, napkins, and paper/picnic goods. (Please do not take bath linens down to the beach.) Check-In/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we can only grant this on the day of arrival or departure based on the schedule for the house. This will only be available October-May and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please speak with your reservation specialist for details. Please check out promptly, as we must prepare the house for the next guests. Unless approved beforehand, late check-outs will be subject to a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past check-out time. Quiet Hours: Manzanita City Ordinance states the quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. If a call is made to MBG for a noise complaint by a neighbor, you may be subject to eviction without a refund if guests do not remedy this asap. Please be courteous to your neighbors that live in the area full-time. Please be mindful of noise outside and around hot tubs, etc. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful. Thank you. Occupant and Car Parking Limits: The city ordinances dictate the occupancy and parking policies to control noise and congestion in our neighborhoods and maintain the livability of our neighborhoods. According to our city/county permits, tents are not allowed, and any trailers, RVs, or campers must not be occupied or used while parked at the homes. The occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded at any time. This means total occupancy includes non-occupant visitors. If you anticipate visitors dropping by, we ask you to rent a larger home. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees. The occupancy limit for this home is 8 people (7 max adults) and parking is 3 vehicles total. Pet Policies: This home does not allow pets. If evidence of pets is found in the house, you will be charged a fee to be determined by MBG based on damages or extra cleaning. Departure Instructions: We ask that you put all dirty laundry in a pile by the washer and start at least one load before departure. (Please start with the towels). Please start the dishwasher before departing. Remove all garbage to the outside cans provided. Please follow any other departure instructions specific to the home you rented. You will find these on the picture frame located in the house. Smoking: No homes allow smoking, including vaping or marijuana. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property at any time. If any smoking has happened on the property, a claim will be filed, and MBG will determine the cost based on cleaning charges. Minimum Stay: All homes have a two-night minimum with a few exceptions. A six-night minimum on reservations during July and August. Four-night minimum during the last two weeks of June. There is a three-night reservation minimum for Memorial weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Gaps in between stays can be reserved with approval by MBG staff. Date availability can change at any time. Refunds, Rules, and Disclaimers: No refunds will be issued due to weather, off-premise noise caused by construction near the home, or mechanical failure. We rent our vacation homes to adults only over the age of 23. No parties are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. All prices on unconfirmed reservations are subject to change without notice. Our homes are individually owned, and amenities are subject to change at any time—no refunds or discounts for appliance malfunction or amenity changes. Liability: This agreement dictates that guests or visitors of guests will not hold Manzanita Beach Getaway or any of the homeowners responsible for things such as Personal injury, death, or loss of property. Transfer: Rental reservations are non-transferable to another party. IF THE HOME YOU RENTED HAS A HOT TUB, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CLOSELY: Hot Tub: BATHING TIMES ARE FROM 8AM TO 10PM. ● Always shower before entering the spa. All lotions, perfume, shampoo’s etc must be rinsed off the body. ● Children/Adults MUST use the bathroom before entering the spa. ● Children are not to be left unattended, EVER ● NO Sunscreen, lotions, oils, bubbles, hair products, food, gum (these cause foaming in the spa). ● NO Smoking or drinking alcohol in the hot tub. ● NO jumping or diving into the water. ● NO PETS, NO TOYS, water wings are ok. ● NO SAND, it will damage the filter system, nothing from the beach! ● NO Ocean swimsuits as they are full of sand and salt. ● Best to use the spa for 15 minutes, then cool off before re-entry. ● People with cuts or external infections should not use the spa. ● Do not sit, stand or lie down on the Spa Cover. ● Enjoy the spa at your own Health Risk, MBG takes no responsibility. ● lf spa is found to be excessively dirty upon your departure, a dump and cleaning fee will be charged of $150.00. ● lf the spa, spa cover, locks, straps or lift is damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for paying to replace these items. ● lf buttons are pushed excessively and we have to reset the spa, there will be a $50 fee. Adjusting the temperature is fine but please put it back to the 102 degree setting before departing.
