Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people.

This spacious, well-thought-out property has everything you need to get comfortable with friends and family in one of the most beautiful towns on the Oregon Coast.
With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to spread out in this roomy split-level floor plan. Upon entering the home, you’ll see a short staircase leading up to the second story. Find yourself in the cozy yet spacious main living room, turn on the gas fireplace with the click of a button, and pick your favorite movie to stream through the surround-sound speakers. While you pop some popcorn in the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, wander down the hall to the luxurious primary suite complete with a Keurig coffee maker, majestic fireplace, an elegant soaking tub flanked by twin vanities, and french doors leading to the deck. Snag this bedroom and listen to the birds sing while you sip your morning coffee in perfect solitude! Upstairs, there is also a tasteful nautical-themed bedroom with a queen bed and a desk for those who need to get some work done. There’s a separate twin bed with trundle in a charming room off of the primary bedroom. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the cupboard at the end of the hall full of all the best board games.
Downstairs, there is a second common space with a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV with a DVD/VCR player including many VHS tapes and DVDs, and 2 cushy twin beds. Just down the hall, you’ll find a roomy Americana-themed bedroom with a plush king-sized bed and another twin bed off to the side. Across the hallway is the laundry room leading to an impressive garage turned “man-cave” equipped with a gorgeous billiard table and giant flatscreen TV. Lovingly decorated with fun and creative touches, this space is perfect for making lasting memories of family game nights and competitive pool tournaments! There are also sand toys and other beach gear for guests to enjoy while relishing in “beach time”.
Spend your evenings relaxing by one of the barrel-style fire pits or roast s’mores over the rustic wood-burning fire pit nestled in the pine trees. You may even get a visit from one of the local white-tail deer or a curious chipmunk if you’re lucky enough.
Walking distance to the eclectic main street of town, Laneda Avenue, and just a few blocks from the sand, this property is sure to become your favorite home away from home!

Please read the following policies and procedures carefully. You agree to the following terms upon booking, which confirms that you have read the house rules, accept responsibility and conditions, and fully understand its content. If you have any questions, please call our office or message us on Airbnb. Thank you!
Cancellations/Super Strict 30-Day Policy and Rules:
- For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 30 days before 4:00 pm of the check-in date.
- Changing reservation dates is only permitted up to 45 days before arrival. All date changes are subject to a $125 fee.
- If you are within 45 days of arrival, dates cannot be moved.
- No refunds for a shortened stay.
- If there is a complaint from your party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Good Person Policy: We kindly ask that you treat this home respectfully. Please be a good neighbor, as you are staying in a town full of long-term residents. Park on our property only unless we instruct you otherwise. Please stay within the car, and the people limit we set in our prior correspondence with you.
Arrival and Departure Day: Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions on your pre-arrival that are sent via email 3 days before your stay.
Furnishings: Our homes are fully furnished and include all linens, including beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, bar soap, kleenex, foil, saran wrap, salt, and pepper. Also included are essential cookware, utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, propane for BBQ and firepits, etc. You must provide toiletries, napkins, and paper/picnic goods. (Please do not take bath linens down to the beach.)
Check-In/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Check-out time is 11:00am.
If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we can only grant this on the day of arrival or departure based on the schedule for the house. This will only be available October-May and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please speak with your reservation specialist for details. Please check out promptly, as we must prepare the house for the next guests. Unless approved beforehand, late check-outs will be subject to a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past check-out time.
Quiet Hours: Manzanita City Ordinance states the quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. If a call is made to MBG for a noise complaint by a neighbor, you may be subject to eviction without a refund if guests do not remedy this asap. Please be courteous to your neighbors that live in the area full-time. Please be mindful of noise outside and around hot tubs, etc. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful. Thank you.
Occupant and Car Parking Limits: The city ordinances dictate the occupancy and parking policies to control noise and congestion in our neighborhoods and maintain the livability of our neighborhoods. According to our city/county permits, tents are not allowed, and any trailers, RVs, or campers must not be occupied or used while parked at the homes. The occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded at any time. This means total occupancy includes non-occupant visitors. If you anticipate visitors dropping by, we ask you to rent a larger home. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees. This home has a 4 car limit and a 10 person occupancy limit.
Pet Policies: This home does not allow pets. If evidence of pets is found in the house, you will be charged a fee to be determined by MBG based on damages or extra cleaning.
Departure Instructions: We ask that you put all dirty laundry in a pile by the washer and start at least one load before departure. (Please start with the towels). Please start the dishwasher before departing. Remove all garbage to the outside cans provided. Please follow any other departure instructions specific to the home you rented. You will find these on the picture frame located in the house.
Smoking: No homes allow smoking, including vaping or marijuana. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property at any time. If any smoking has happened on the property, a claim will be filed, and MBG will determine the cost based on cleaning charges.
Minimum Stay: All homes have a two-night minimum with a few exceptions. A six-night minimum on reservations during July and August. Four-night minimum during the last two weeks of June. There is a three-night reservation minimum for Memorial weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Gaps in between stays can be reserved with approval by MBG staff. Date availability can change at any time.
Refunds, Rules, and Disclaimers: No refunds will be issued due to weather, off-premise noise caused by construction near the home, or mechanical failure. We rent our vacation homes to adults only over the age of 23. No parties are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. All prices on unconfirmed reservations are subject to change without notice. Our homes are individually owned, and amenities are subject to change at any time—no refunds or discounts for appliance malfunction or amenity changes.
Liability: This agreement dictates that guests or visitors of guests will not hold Manzanita Beach Getaway or any of the homeowners responsible for things such as Personal injury, death, or loss of property.
Transfer: Rental reservations are non-transferable to another party.

Spacious and beautiful home within walking distance to everything in Manzanita. Central heat and multiple fireplaces ensure warmth and comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras make it easy for a large group to cook. Wonderful soaking tub and great showers. Beach gear, wagon, and outdoor toys for the kids. Pool table and man cave area was so much fun!

this was a great stay for me an my friends. the house itself is spacious and beautiful. we had arrived a little earlier than expected and the owners were very kind and helped us get in an hour earlier than the check-in time. After getting in, everything was great. had no issues with the place and ended up having a great and fun time. A huge thank you yo the owners and would definitely stay at this place again.
