We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.

Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people. This home sits on the north side of Manzanita less than two blocks from downtown Manzanita 5 blocks to the beach. In the summer enjoy the Manzanita Farmers Market just steps from the home.

The small wood-burning stove in the living room provides warmth and ambiance on gloomy days. Select one of the many exciting books in the home, brew coffee or tea, and sink into the sofa for a while. When the sun appears, open the wooden French doors throughout the house and let the ocean breeze flow through. With a warm, inviting mixture of timeless old-world textures and sleek modern finishes, you can’t help but feel pampered in this coastal oasis. The reclaimed maple wood floors from the local high school gym have many stories to tell… Make your memories with this unique piece of local history underfoot.

Dine in style at the long wooden table that seats up to 6 when you’re not planning a meal at one of the local restaurants. A small acrylic bar cart with an elegant Bohemian crystal decanter, matching glasses, a stainless steel champagne-chilling bucket, and a cocktail shaker add to the appeal of this room. Featuring unique pieces of original artwork by local artist J. Scott Wilson lovingly mounted in almost every room. You will feel genuinely immersed in local Oregon Coast culture while you sip your favorite cocktail.

The massive, uncluttered primary bedroom addition with a king-sized bed was well-designed and carefully furnished to calm guests, boasting faux-fur touches, posh wool throw rugs, and woven throws. The guest bedroom down the hall is cozy, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a vast Samsung flat-screen TV.

Experience the spa-like atmosphere with soft organic cotton bath robes and a shingled outbuilding set up as a tranquil spin cycle space with a peloton bike and its little covered porch. Meditate to the soothing sound of raindrops dripping from the bamboo, or use one of the provided yoga mats to stretch out those limbs.

Outside, the expansive grounds with two gas fire pits and plenty of comfortable seating invite you to sit and listen to the birds chirping while you soak up some fresh salt air. No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.

This is also a great time to pick our brains and ask questions about the area, restaurants and more! Please read the following policies and procedures carefully. You agree to the following terms upon booking, which confirms that you have read the house rules, accept responsibility and conditions, and fully understand its content. If you have any questions, please call our office or message us on the platform you booked on. Thank you! - Changing reservation dates is only permitted up to 30 days before arrival. All date changes are subject to a $125 fee and will be subject to any rate changes. - If you are within 30 days of arrival, dates cannot be moved.  - No refunds for a shortened stay. - If there is a complaint from your party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in. Good Person Policy: We kindly ask that you treat this home respectfully. Please be a good neighbor, as you are staying in a town full of long-term residents. Park on our property only unless we instruct you otherwise. Please stay within the car, and the people limit we set in our prior correspondence with you. Arrival and Departure Day: Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions on your pre-arrival that are sent via email 3 days before your stay. Furnishings: Our homes are fully furnished and include all linens, including beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, bar soap, kleenex, foil, saran wrap, salt, and pepper. Also included are essential cookware, utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, propane for BBQ and firepits, etc. You must provide toiletries, napkins, and paper/picnic goods. (Please do not take bath linens down to the beach.) Check-In/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we can only grant this on the day of arrival or departure based on the schedule for the house. This will only be available October-May and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Please speak with your reservation specialist for details. Please check out promptly, as we must prepare the house for the next guests. Unless approved beforehand, late check-outs will be subject to a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past check-out time. Quiet Hours: Manzanita City Ordinance states the quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. If a call is made to MBG for a noise complaint by a neighbor, you may be subject to eviction without a refund if guests do not remedy this asap. Please be courteous to your neighbors that live in the area full-time. Please be mindful of noise outside and around hot tubs, etc. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful. Thank you. Occupant and Car Parking Limits: The city ordinances dictate the occupancy and parking policies to control noise and congestion in our neighborhoods and maintain the livability of our neighborhoods. According to our city/county permits, tents are not allowed, and any trailers, RVs, or campers must not be occupied or used while parked at the homes. The occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded at any time. This means total occupancy includes non-occupant visitors. If you anticipate visitors dropping by, we ask you to rent a larger home. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees. This home has a 2 car limit and a 6 person (4 Max adults) occupancy limit. Pet Policies: This home does not allow pets. If evidence of pets is found in the house, you will be charged a fee to be determined by MBG based on damages or extra cleaning. Departure Instructions: Please strip all used beds and leave the linens in a pile near the laundry area. We ask that you put all dirty laundry in a pile by the washer and start at least one load before departure. (Please start with the towels). Please start the dishwasher before departing. Remove all garbage to the outside cans provided. Please follow any other departure instructions specific to the home you rented. You will find these on the picture frame located in the house. Smoking: No homes allow smoking, including vaping or marijuana. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property at any time. If any smoking has happened on the property, a claim will be filed, and MBG will determine the cost based on cleaning charges. Minimum Stay: All homes have a two-night minimum with a few exceptions. A six-night minimum on reservations during July and August. Four-night minimum during the last two weeks of June. There is a three-night reservation minimum for Memorial weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Gaps in between stays can be reserved with approval by MBG staff. Date availability can change at any time. Refunds, Rules, and Disclaimers: No refunds will be issued due to weather, off-premise noise caused by construction near the home, or mechanical failure. We rent our vacation homes to adults only over the age of 23. No parties are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. All prices on unconfirmed reservations are subject to change without notice. Our homes are individually owned, and amenities are subject to change at any time—no refunds or discounts for appliance malfunction or amenity changes. Liability: This agreement dictates that guests or visitors of guests will not hold Manzanita Beach Getaway or any of the homeowners responsible for things such as Personal injury, death, or loss of property. Transfer: Rental reservations are non-transferable to another party. Package Delivery Notice: We kindly ask that guests do not ship packages directly to the home. Manzanita Beach Getaway is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If you need to receive a package during your stay, please contact our office.
