Manzanita Beach Getaway is seeking housekeepers to clean our high quality homes in Manzanita Oregon. Must be hard working, thorough and take pride in your work. We are seeking full-time and part-time as well as seasonal employment. Manzanita Beach Getaway offers flexible schedules, employee matching IRAs, PTO, employee discount, a referral program, and a great team atmosphere!

Key Responsibilities: Full-time employees, after a year qualify for vacation. Full training will be given. We supply all housekeeping supplies.We pay by the job and not by the hour which averages between $20-$25 an hour. Hours vary and can be tailored for the right employee.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour / $250 sign on bonus
COVID-19 Considerations: We provide all your PPE equipment such as masks and gloves. We have a sanitizing procedure and take all the precautions to keep our employees safe. Our employees mainly work solo.

We are currently seeking a QC to play a critical role in our company. This position will support our growth and ensure our homes are ready for incoming guests. We are looking for you if you take pride in what you do and have an excellent eye for detail!

Key Responsibilities: Quality Check the homes after housekeepers finish cleaning to ensure our standards are met. Stock home consumable supplies, set up guest gifts on arrival, inventory tracking, light guest services. Report any maintenance needed on the homes and make sure all linens and house supplies are kept up to standard. Training offer so no experience is needed.

We are currently seeking a Travel Coordinator to play a critical role in our company. This position will support our growth and ensure our office runs smoothly. If you take pride in what you do, are well organized, and love working with the public, we are looking for you.

Key Responsibilities: Support all staff and the owner of the company. Responsible for guest reservations, emails, maintaining work order systems, filing, maintaining trash and propane schedules, and more.

Qualifications: Able to read, write, and speak English. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Must have at least 1 year of office experience. Must be proficient in typing, communication, and well-organized. Must take pride in appearance and be confident and self-motivated. We are looking for someone that can take charge and be self-sufficient.
  • Experience - Vacation rental or office reception a must.
  • Necessary Skills - Understanding of general office principles; knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft word, excel, etc. Must be proficient in typing. Work well with others and keep a professionalmanner.
Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour / $250 sign on bonus (Benefits are listed above under the housekeeping listing)
