General Manager
Hello, I’m Erik. I joined Manzanita Beach Getaway with a deep appreciation for hospitality and a passion for building strong teams that deliver exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests. Over the course of my career, I’ve led both luxury and condominium resorts, and vacation rental operations throughout the West Coast, with a focus on operational excellence, accountability, and long-term growth.
At MBG, my priority is supporting our local team while continuing to strengthen the trusted relationships that have made this brand so special. I believe great property management comes down to consistency, communication, and genuine care; for both the homes we represent and the people we serve.
My wife and I are proud to call Manzanita home, where we’re raising our three children and enjoying everything the Oregon Coast has to offer. I also enjoy traveling and spending time on the golf course, and I feel fortunate to live and work in a place that means so much to so many families.

Hello, my name is Danielle. I founded Manzanita Beach Getaway in 2010 with a passion for creating exceptional coastal vacation experiences. I’ve partnered with Trek Leisure Vacations to continue growing that vision providing guests with a seamless, start-to-finish vacation rental experience while offering full-service property management and dedicated care for our homeowners.
Today, we proudly manage 60+ properties throughout Manzanita and Neahkahnie, focusing on quality, consistency, and personalized service.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three amazing boys and love spending time with my family and our two French bulldogs, Bella and Tank. Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, we fell in love with the Oregon Coast through years of vacations, 20+ years ago. That love for coastal living—and for the Manzanita area in particular—is something I’m passionate about sharing with our guests and their families.

Hi, I’m Melanie, I am the new kid on the block at MBG just recently joining the team in March of 2025. I moved to Tillamook County in 2021 after 27 years living in Los Angeles. I enjoy the more laid-back atmosphere and spending time with my family and my beagle, Barney. I love helping people plan a great vacation. As a big foodie, I am always happy to provide food recommendations to our guests. In my spare time, I love to read a good book and watch movies on rainy days.

Hi, my name is Dylan, and I’ve been working at MBG since 2020. I started as a Housekeeper and have since become the Director of Housekeeping in 2025, which has been great. I love working with the team we have. I’ve lived on the coast nearly my whole life and enjoy hiking, photography, movies, and music. I love going to as many concerts as I can and explore whenever possible.

Hello. My name is Tam. I joined the MBG team in June 2023. I love the crew I work with. I have lived in the Nehalem area all of my life. I love spending time with my Husband Greg of 45 years. We also have a 1-year-old German Shepherd named Lucy, a little spitfire. We love to fish, hunt, and spend time in the woods. We also love to spend time with our 2 adult children and our 4 grandchildren.

Hi there, I am Amber. I have been a part of the MBG team since early 2022. I have been very lucky to have spent many vacations in the Manzanita area over the last 20 years, and I decided to move here from Arizona in 2021 to be closer to my loved ones. When I’m not working, I love experiencing the beautiful beaches and parks in the area. My partner and I are animal lovers and enjoy time with our horses and our rescue dog, Dylan. I am also a football fan, specifically a Chiefs Fan! Go Chiefs!

Nice to meet you! I am Kasey, born and raised in Oregon’s beautiful state, where I grew up vacationing in Manzanita. I moved from Portland to Manzanita in 2017. I have been with Manzanita Beach Getaway since June 2018, starting in the office, and am now doing all things marketing, which I love!

Hello, my name is Cole. I joined MBG in March of 2025 as a maintenance technician. I am originally from Boring, Oregon. I have lived on the coast with my family now since August of 2021. I’m a big nerd of music, anime, games, and much more. I spend my free time with my family going to the beach, relaxing at home, or trying to catch a concert in Portland.
