- **Timothy** (5/5): This is a perfect location and contemporary space \(lots of\) in Manzanita. Walking to the town and beach is quick and easy. The large and well stocked kitchen is an ideal situation for cooks. Fireplace is cozy. Honestly, it is a perfect house.
