This spacious home has tremendous appeal, with hardwood floors throughout the open floor plan. The slab granite countertops with white cabinets draw your eye into the large and spacious kitchen. The first floor has a mother-in-law suite with a king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and dining area. The other two bedrooms on this floor are comfortably furnished suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms.
After making your way up the stairs, you will come to a large loft area perfect for children with a comfortable couch, a coffee table full of children's books, and a TV with a DVD player. There is a kid's desk. A bedroom with two twin beds and a guest bathroom with a large soaking tub is close by. Finally, another spacious primary suite has a king bed and bathroom. This home sleeps ten people.
The fully fenced front yard and a large wrap-around deck are great for the little ones to play in. The garage has a full-size side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, bikes, a ping pong table, beach toys, a beach wagon, and a portable kid's basketball hoop for fun.

We have such a good time staying in Manzanita. The town is so quaint. The house is close enough to the beach that we just walk through town to get there. The beach is clean.
Westover house is very well-designed. There is plenty of space for a large group and plenty of bathrooms as well. I am always impressed with how clean it is. We had to look through the couch cushions for something and it was obvious they were taking the time to clean there as well.

We didn't have a lot of interaction, the process is so smooth and seamless. I did call and see if we could check in a little early as we all arrived about an hour before check-in and we were gladly accommodated =)

We absolutely loved this house - the location, all the little extra touches- toys, movies,games, cards-spices and paper products provided, and garbage bags! It made cleaning up a breeze and the laundry room was spacious and easy to use as well. One frequent comment was 'if it had a hot tub, we'd never want to leave' =) I felt that way even with out the hot tub =)

We were 4 couples (siblings and spouses), ages 62 to 74. The house was perfect for us: each couple had our own king bedroom/bath suite. The living room was comfortable, with plenty of windows for light and air, and the gas fireplace warms the room quickly. We all fixed our own breakfasts and lunches, and took turns making dinner: the kitchen is spacious and has every feature/appliance we needed; it accommodated all of us. The outdoor decks allowed us to sit in the sun as desired. The property is several blocks from the beach, a nice walk. It is close to Laneda and village shops. The neighborhood was quiet. Be sure to bring any DVDs you wish to watch; the TVs are not smart, and the DVD selection on-site is good for kids but not so much for adults. There is a Redbox at Fresh Foods. The house was immaculately clean, and check-in and checkout were a breeze. The house more than met our expectations for our family gathering!
