This home has a bright and sunny feel with beautiful wood floors and lots of light! The open floor plan and large windows create a spacious vibe, and the living room is relaxed and inviting! Stretch on the comfortable couch, watch the flat-screen cable TV with a DVD player, or get cozy near the gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a fantastic meal, with stainless steel appliances and ample cupboard/counter space! There's room for six to eight people at the dining table and seating for two at the kitchen bar to share a delectable meal. Step outside onto the deck and soak up a view of the ocean while you BBQ on the gas grill.
This home features three bedrooms. The first-floor bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an Xbox game system. One bedroom upstairs has a queen bed next to a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The primary bedroom has a king bed with access to the deck facing the ocean. The fantastic primary bathroom has a full shower and a luxurious jetted tub.
The garage even offers a ping pong table and a dart board. Bring out the beverages and put them into the mini-fridge. There are five bikes for guest use (not to be used on the beach), a couple of beach chairs, and some sand toys.
There are many things to do near this lovely house. Manzanita is an adorable coastal town with many restaurants, bars, and boutiques - tee off at Manzanita Golf Course or find your Zen at Yoga Roots Studio! With the beautiful Pacific Ocean at your fingertips, you could spend your whole day basking in the sun or enjoying the surf. The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was able to sleep everyone comfortably and felt spacious enough for our crew. The house had everything you would ever need and was super clean when we arrived. We loved how open the kitchen/living room was. The location you also cant beat and the balcony was so nice to sit out on and see the ocean from afar. I would definitely come back and stay here next time Im in Manzanita! What an amazing week in the coziest, most comfortable beach house. The Lookout was perfect for our family of four with everything we needed for a fun and easy getaway. We loved the well-appointed kitchen, the lovely deck with a view, the comfortable bedrooms and the thoughtful touches all over the house. From ping pong tournaments in the garage to lovely dinners on the deck, our stay was fantastic. We can't wait to go back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lookout. The space is cozy, comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the beachy, airy open communal space. We had coffee on the deck overlooking an ocean view- perfection! We also really loved that there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so everyone was comfortable. The location is walking distance to the main drag and the beach. We hope to be back soon!

The Lookout is a hidden gem. Perfect for a family getaway! Really everything. The outside eating area was great with the open air. The inside area was perfect with the big table and bright windows. The ping pong table and big tub were a hit with the kids. There wasnt anything we needed that wasnt there. While we wished it was closer to the beach we felt safe and it was perfect for our getaway.
