This home is located on the south side of Manzanita, just 100 feet from the beach. Views of the ocean, state park, and Neahkahnie Mountain can be seen from all around this spacious, nicely furnished, 1,850 sq ft home.
This spacious home has a reverse floor plan with two large bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed, and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. An open staircase, filled with natural light, invites you up to the second floor, where you will find an open floor plan that includes a large living room with lots of comfortable sofas, a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, and another bathroom.
Windows surround the second floor with great views, a 50" flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. This home also has two decks, one off the front of the house and one off the back. The front deck has views of the ocean, beach, and trees of Nehalem Bay State Park. The large back deck has views of Neahkahnie Mountain and the beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach of Manzanita beach.
Moving up to the third level, guests will find two bedrooms with queen beds and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. There are fantastic views from this third level as well. This home can accommodate up to ten people and offers a warm, bright, spacious, well-appointed vacation getaway for families or a group of friends.
The Beach House is located directly next to Surf's Up.

We comfortably fit all 10 of us in this house for a beach weekend get away. We ended up spending 90% of our trip at the house because we loved it so much. It had everything we could have needed and had a ton of space for us all to be comfortable. The location was so close to the beach, it is about a 2 min walk. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It has ample room (there were 6 of us) for everyone to spread out if they need to while offering a nice communal area for lounging, preparing meals and dining. The views off the decks are nice, especially the back deck. We were pleased that the property was dog friendly and did not charge an extra fee for the dogs as so many other properties do. We liked the family feel of the home and enjoyed looking at the pictures of the owners and their family. We loved the near access to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. The house was very nice as well.

Left a message regarding AC; no problems. Has to ask to have frying pans replaced. Ones we found were damaged and not usable. Response was truly excellent. Much appreciated. (Suggest someone inventory other older pots for similar damage.

Worked OK for our groups short stay. Comments above more owner issues, that will require little more investment for long term rental consideration, it seems. Trying to not be too picky, but putting myself in shoes of both owners and property managers and what could seem helpful.

Really wonderful house for a peaceful getaway. The house sits right on the edge of town which is perfect if you're looking for some relaxation. The short walk to the beach is a pleasure and that section of coast is absolutely beautiful, without too many other people. The home itself is extremely comfortable and well appointed. Everything you would need for a family or group of friends. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and very attentive of any needs that might pop up. A definite recommend. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at this Manzanita Beach house. It was large enough to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children as well as our dog! The home was well equipped for cooking, very clean, and close enough to pop out to the beach when the rain cleared.

Getting the email with instructions a few days before our trip was great. Loved the keyless entry with the little cards for everyone to fill out and keep with them. We were also glad that we only had to strip the beds, start one load and dishwasher. Glad to pay that cleaning fee so that's all we had to do. We've stayed at places that wanted you to basically clean it upon departure, and frankly those places weren't as spotless as The Beach House was.

Great visit with family and we had excellent weather to walk to beach and national forest. Loved the ambiance of the downtown area. Not too commercialized but has everything you need as far as food and dining out. We were all very comfortable in this cute house.

My only less than glowing comment would be that the check out pre-cleaning seemed a bit onerous given the cost of the cleaning fee and the rental overall.
The place is really lovely, so clean and well stocked and in such a great location. We would definitely stay again.
