This home is located on the south side of Manzanita, just 100 feet from the beach. Views of the ocean, state park, and Neahkahnie Mountain can be seen from all around this spacious, nicely furnished, 1,850 sq ft home.
This spacious home has a reverse floor plan with two large bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed, and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. An open staircase, filled with natural light, invites you up to the second floor, where you will find an open floor plan that includes a large living room with lots of comfortable sofas, a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, and another bathroom.
Windows surround the second floor with great views, a 50" flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. This home also has two decks, one off the front of the house and one off the back. The front deck has views of the ocean, beach, and trees of Nehalem Bay State Park. The large back deck has views of Neahkahnie Mountain and the beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach of Manzanita beach.
Moving up to the third level, guests will find two bedrooms with queen beds and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. There are fantastic views from this third level as well. This home can accommodate up to ten people and offers a warm, bright, spacious, well-appointed vacation getaway for families or a group of friends.
The Beach House is located directly next to Surf's Up.

From Airbnb: This house is about 50 steps from the beach on the last road before the state park. Can't get any better than this! It's a large house with lots of beds and is just as advertised. We brought all groceries with us and only went into town to pick up pizza on the first night. Lots of stairs so you will get some exercise!

This wonderful Beach House made for a perfect Thanksgiving getaway for our gang of 9 and 2 dogs. The location is amazing - a few steps to the beach for walks and biking. We all fell in love with the village of Manzanita! And we loved the quietness of the house location.
The house is truly fully equipped - we had everything we needed, and more. We are really appreciative that the hosts are willing to share this wonderfully loved home with others!
Thanks also for the wonderful weather you guys provided - we understand that 3-4 days of sunny, dry weather is not the norm for this time of year! We made the most of it! Thank you

It was a delightful stay. How nice to have things like dish washer and dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent (stuff that you never use up before you go home) waiting when we arrived. Bed linens and towels were not youre typical rental linens. Cloth napkins and tablecloths were such a bonus! The kitchen was one of the best equipped rentals Ive ever stayed in. Having a gas grill was great - but having an extra tank ready to go if needed, wow! Cant wait to come back!

A great house to cook and plenty of space to enjoy with a group. Decks and upstairs bedrooms have beautiful views. Comfortable environment. Would definitely stay here again.
