This comfortable home has views of the Pacific Ocean from both floors and has easy access to Manzanita Beach. Downtown Manzanita is about a mile walk along Beach Street or the beach itself. If you are active and like to explore all day, this is the perfect place for you to make your basecamp.

This spacious 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home features the original wood floors, a rock woodstove, and cedar accents. The many different areas flowing through the property make outside a comfortable space for reading a book, sitting around the click and go gas fire pit in the front yard, or enjoying a glass of wine in the teak rocking chairs under the canopy of the tall trees. But don't forget whisking into relaxation in the hottub with this property that certainly has it all. You can do all of this while getting your car charged with the convienant EV charger located in the driveway.

The kitchen is set up to prepare a full meal with a lovely convection double oven. The quaint bench-style seating and dining table seat four comfortably. Grill dinner on the gas BBQ and make it a picnic somewhere on the property. You will want to cozy up in front of a roaring fire in the living room fireplace or start a puzzle on the large coffee table during the evenings.

Surf Pine's floor plan accommodates a small family with a twin daybed and a full bathroom downstairs with a shower and tub combination and an upstairs with a king and full bed, near an attached half bathroom. Upstairs has a spacious open layout with a window seat perfect for an afternoon dedicated to reading and a nook equipped with cute pillows and toys for little kids to have their own space.

With a cottage vibe and plenty of paths to explore, the quiet setting will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated after your Oregon Coast vacation. Your two dogs are welcome to join you at Surf Pine for no additional charge.
