Centrally located, 1/2 block walk to shops, fine dining, artwork, a short walk to the beach, and all things we love about Manzanita.
Seaward Dream offers a simple yet open layout, allowing for maximum entertainment. This home offers a king primary bedroom and a queen primary bedroom on the main floor. Follow the spiral staircase up to the loft, which features a full and twin-size bed with a TV, DVD, and cable. The loft is an ideal place for kids or teens.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that includes amenities such as a blender, dishwasher, and a large dining table that seats six comfortably. Snuggle up on the oversized L-shaped couch to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV while enjoying the roaring fire in the fireplace or pull out a board game for a night of family fun.
Surrounded by nature, this home feels secluded and private, yet steps to town and a few blocks up from the beach. Lounge out on the large deck, take a dip in the hot tub or relax near the outdoor fire pit while gazing up at the stars.

Such a wonderful stay here with our family of 4 and pup! The house couldn't have been cleaner and you'd never know it was dog-friendly given how sparkling everything was. We loved the quiet location that still felt secluded, while so close to the beach and store. Also, the incredibly comfortable beds, fantastic open layout that was perfect for our group, the great kitchen and grill outside, making fires in the wood stove, and relaxing in the hot tub. Everyone kept commenting on how at-home they felt throughout our visit! The team at Manzanita Beach Rentals was also awesome and super responsive! They even called us back late on Saturday night when we discovered the grill was out of propane (a replacement tank was already on-site - just tucked away). Can't wait to come back soon!

This is our second trip to Seaward Dream, and we really enjoyed both visits. We love being close to Arch Cape for hiking, and Manzanita Beach is always great for walking at different times of the day.

Beautiful house and very well placed for easy access to both the beach and the cute main street. The beds are comfortable memory foam. Made good use of the hot tub and wood burning stove style fireplace (you'll need to get wood at the Fresh Foods store.) Super cute dcor touches.

This house is beautiful and in a great location! Just blocks away from grocery, coffee, downtown, and beach access. The space is very open and communal; all the blankets and kitchen stuff you could need, sweet touches for the pups. Amazing stargazing from the hot tub on the one clear night. Cant wait to return!

Working directly with a local property management company is better than the on-line rental websites. They would not know what to do in the event of an extended power outage. The power went out the evening we arrived. Liz was very responsive and helpful. Power came on the following morning and there were no issues. Thanks for leaving flashlights with batteries!
