This craftsman-style home has two primary bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and two full bathrooms. Centrally located, 1/2 block walk to shops, fine dining, artwork, a short walk to the beach, and all things we love about Manzanita.
Seaward Dream offers a simple yet open layout, allowing for maximum entertainment. This home offers a king primary bedroom and a queen primary bedroom on the main floor. Follow the spiral staircase up to the loft, which features a full and twin-size bed with a TV, DVD, and cable. The loft is an ideal place for kids or teens.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that includes amenities such as a blender, dishwasher, and a large dining table that seats six comfortably. Snuggle up on the oversized L-shaped couch to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV while enjoying the roaring fire in the fireplace or pull out a board game for a night of family fun.
Surrounded by nature, this home feels secluded and private, yet steps to town and a few blocks up from the beach. Lounge out on the large deck, take a dip in the hot tub or relax near the outdoor fire pit while gazing up at the stars.

We had a girls getaway weekend. The home and property is a wonderful quiet haven just a block from main street and 3 blocks from beach. The home great books, puzzles, games and streaming choices on TV. Two of us enjoyed the hot tub and said it was super relaxing. We fully enjoyed our weekend visit and will be back!!

This home is a great find. It's a short walk to the town and the beach. Inside was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. The hot tub and the fire pit make for a wonderful outdoor living area as well.

Beautiful home close to downtown Manzanita and beach! The home is nicely nestled into a tree-lined corner. Private hot tub, grill, patio deck, and fully stocked kitchen made this an unforgettable stay. We were two couples and two dogs, and the house was perfect space-wise. We had great communication with the host thru our stay. Just a short walk from the main road in town, you can easily access local restaurants and the beach. A nearby walking and cycle path will guide you to Nehalem Bay State Park, which is a gorgeous day stop. The hot tub was our fav place to be, and the home is very cozy, perfect for the Oregon coasts rainy season. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend escape, would return any time!

I really needed a vacation, and this house (and the beauty of Manzanita and the Oregon Coast!) gave me so much peace and quiet. Dont hesitate to book a stay here - you will love it!

Amazing location right near town but feels quiet and private. The beds were very comfortable, clean, and the management company provided excellent communication. We instantly felt like we were visiting a family beach house and we were part of the fam. Our toddlers were very curious and we had to put a few decorations/puzzles up high, but overall the house is very kid friendly.

Such a wonderful stay! Perfect location, clean, roomy, and cozy. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of hot water, and well-equipped kitchen. Quick easy walk to the beach; we were traveling with a toddler so couldnt partake ourselves but passed by restaurants and bars with great atmosphere just blocks away. Would definitely stay here again. And go to Hug Point!!

We spent Christmas in this beautiful home. It has such a cozy feel. It is well stocked. There was everything we needed to prepare our meals in the kitchen. Hot tub outside is so nice. Really enjoyed our time here. House is super clean, and beds are Comfortable.

I really appreciated the overall professionality of Manzanita Vacation Rentals, who managed the property. The kitchen ran the back of the property and had everything one could imagine. The hot tub was vey easy to get into and ran well. There were also many human touches including a significant amount of woodworking. LOTS of windows. You just have to experience it to get the great vibes from this place.
