Settle into your next Manzanita beach vacation in this well-appointed, ocean-view apartment we call SeaView!
Our magnificent beach is just minutes away, and our cozy little town with shops and restaurants is just over a mile from this vacation rental.
SeaView is simple yet comfortable, with all-new bamboo floors and new furniture throughout. You can hang out in the living area to read, do puzzles, or surf the internet. The living room is open to the spacious kitchen with a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen has everything you need to make classic dishes and cook fresh local seafood. Little extras like a dishwasher help save you valuable time. We provide coffee, filters, basic spices, oil, etc.
For entertainment, turn on the 32" flat-screen TV in the living room to watch local channels or access the Roku for streaming on your Netflix account (Cable not provided). You can also watch one of our many movies on the DVD Player. Just off the living room is a full bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs you will find a huge bedroom with a plush king bed, a large dresser, a desk, a bookshelf full of books, and lamps on each side of the bed. Just off this bedroom is a half bath with a washer and dryer. A door off this bedroom leads you to a private, covered patio.
A few short steps from the house is a path that leads you right down to the beach. This home is perfect for a small family or couple (a maximum of two adults and one small child). We do provide a baby gate and pack n' play. No pets are allowed as this is an allergen-free home.
In the mornings, take a walk (about 1.2 miles) on the beach to Yolk for brunch or breakfast, then stop at Bahama Mama's on your way to the beach to rent some bikes to ride or boards to enjoy in the waves. Manzanita's quiet stretch of sand doesn't get the same traffic as more popular beaches nearby, so you'll enjoy the peace.
Spend a fun day golfing at Manzanita Links or a short drive south to Nehalem Bay State Park for beautiful hiking and a chance to see wildlife. For more hiking opportunities, drive north about 10 minutes to Oswald West State Park, where you'll have a variety of trails to choose from, with beautiful vistas along the way. Finish the day with a home-cooked seafood meal using the gas grill, or get delicious fare at The Big Wave or Neahkahnie Bistro.

The Hosts (Manzanita Beach Getaway) are great communicators and very kind. In fact: we had this booked for last May, and I got covid just a few days before. They were immediately willing to put the reservation on hold until we could book some different dates. Their instructions, etc. in the house are also incredibly clear and complete. The apartment (1 of 2 in one building) was consistent with the listing: not fancy, or remodeled, but clean and with everything needed. A nice view of the water from the living room, and good light (important in Oregon winters!) on both levels of the place.

The Seaside Manzanita Beach Airbnb was a great place to come back to after exploring the area. This was our first time visiting the Oregon coast. The location was in a cute small town with shopping, restaurants nearby, and, of course, quick access to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you need for your stay - a full kitchen with a peninsula for eating and a small table. The living room has comfortable furniture. The best part are the sliding doors to the patio. You have a table and chairs and a view of the ocean. The upstairs full bathroom had a great forceful shower. The lower level is a large bedroom with a huge closet and half bath with a washer and dryer. The king-side bed is very comfortable.

Excellent, tasteful decor and wood detailsway more cozy than seaside getaways with fishing nets and kitschy coastal decor. Easy walk downhill to a quiet beach. Nice view of the water from the deck (as long as its not a foggy day of course!). Short drive to cute town center, larger beach, and cute shops and amenities.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed and sheets are very good quality and very comfortable. The towels are also very nice and there is a generous amount. The house is well stocked. We took advantage of the upper deck for many of our meals. The Bosch dishwasher is very quiet and does a great job. We visited the Tillamook Cheese factory and many other beach cities including Seaside and some of the nearby lighthouses. This is a good central location to explore north and south. I took some good pictures of an amazing sunset on the beach just down the hill. There is a path down to the beach just up the hill at the fire hydrant. We were very surprised at the cool weather at the beach in August. It was a welcome treat though since it was in the 100s in S. California where we were from.

Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs weve stayed in. Great little view of the ocean and you could hear the waves crashing, but not too loud. Great forest views as well. Our favorite was eating, doing yoga, grilling, or drinking our coffee on the back deck. Some recent updates were nice and the bed was firm and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked as we love to cook. Oven cooked hotter than what we are used to. Good problem. Short hike/walk down the hill to the beach. 3 minute drive to Manzanita for great food, grocery, etc. This location would not be ideal for someone that doesnt like stairs. Nothing crazy but two story unit and steepish path down to the beach.

Great location. Amazing views from balcony. Close to beach footpath. Cute and safe neighborhood. Bed was nice. Great shower head. Stairs to lower level were steep. Pro tip - bring luggage in through bedroom sliding glass door; its easier to take luggage down the side of the house than down the beautiful and steep interior stairs. Another pro tip - the manzanita branch library has a knitting group that meets on Thursdays at 4pm. All the people we met there were wonderful! Theres also a seasonal farmers market on fridays at 4.

Awesome location with amazing views from the back deck, right off of the highway but in a quiet little town thats close enough to do pretty much anything you want to do in Oregon within a 30 minute drive, while also feeling a good sense of privacy tucked in the mountain, I proposed on this trip and we really look forward to coming back here!
