Nomi's Ark is a cedar-paneled, two-bedroom, Manzanita vacation home that promises high style with all the comforts of home. This cozy yet spacious home is the perfect beach getaway!
Step into the warm, beautifully appointed living room featuring comfortable furniture arranged around a beautiful, wood-burning fireplace. Cuddle on the couch to watch your favorite movies on the 50" flat-screen TV. If the TV doesn't interest you, grab one of the many board games or card games and have a fun family game night.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped and will delight the group's chef! Whether you are preparing a seafood feast or a light brunch, this bright and roomy space is a delight to work in. Daylight windows surround the dining table and comfortably accommodate up to six people.
Nomi's Ark has comfortable sleeping for up to four adults with a maximum occupancy of six. When it's time to rest, you'll find that the first bedroom is just as carefully appointed as the living area. Up the stairs, there is a comfortable king-size bed with beautiful end tables, reading lamps, and plush, designer linens. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, a lovely dresser, pillows galore, and great lighting. A custom, remodeled bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. Nearby is a floor-to-ceiling bookcase with all kinds of reading material and board games.
While the home's inside is uniquely warm and beautiful, the landscaped and fully fenced backyard offers the perfect place to enjoy the outdoor environment. Relax in the hot tub after a long day on the beach. There's also a gas grill for a summer cookout before heading down to the beach to watch the sunset. We provide 2 adults bikes, 1 toddler and 1 child bike as well as a wagon.

Perfect slice of heaven. Can hear the beach and see from driveway. Stargazing in hot tub was superb. The extra touches for the doggie were much appreciated and the bathroom was quaint but so nicely remodeled. This place is a gem and perfect for a small family.

A lovely, cozy, spotlessly clean house with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Lots of thoughtful touches (nice dishes and real glasses; lights on dimmers; tissues; plenty of dish towels/hangers/bath towels; good water pressure) elevate this house from good to great. Beds are fairly soft. Hot tub was perfect.

The house was cozy and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Just perfect for our family of 4 - Location could not be beat, cabin was adorable and the perfect blend of rustic and modern, and the hot tub was spectacular! I loved the attention to detail, things like ample parchment paper, Saran etc. seem little, but make such a huge difference in being able to enjoy getting out of the kitchen and back to the beach. I also LOVED the hose in back with hot and cold water, genius for pleasant clean up of sandy kids! Proximity to food, shops and the beach with perfect privacy and peace. Perfection!

My boyfriend and I spent two days here with our pups! It was so cozy and the town was so cute! We hiked Neahkahnie Mountain and saw the beautiful manzanita beach! We got to enjoy the hot tub after and used the fire place while watching a movie! Loved that there was a hose in the backyard with hot and cold water! It made cleaning up the dogs easy after a trip to the beach! Beautiful weekend getaway!

This house is a dream. Location was amazing, all the comforts of home. We walked and walked on the beach because it was sooooo easy to get there. The hot tub was clean and wonderful. Couldnt have been happier there.
