Nomi's Ark is a cedar-paneled, two-bedroom, Manzanita vacation home that promises high style with all the comforts of home. This cozy yet spacious home is the perfect beach getaway!
Step into the warm, beautifully appointed living room featuring comfortable furniture arranged around a beautiful, wood-burning fireplace. Cuddle on the couch to watch your favorite movies on the 50" flat-screen TV. If the TV doesn't interest you, grab one of the many board games or card games and have a fun family game night.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped and will delight the group's chef! Whether you are preparing a seafood feast or a light brunch, this bright and roomy space is a delight to work in. Daylight windows surround the dining table and comfortably accommodate up to six people.
Nomi's Ark has comfortable sleeping for up to four adults with a maximum occupancy of six. When it's time to rest, you'll find that the first bedroom is just as carefully appointed as the living area. Up the stairs, there is a comfortable king-size bed with beautiful end tables, reading lamps, and plush, designer linens. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, a lovely dresser, pillows galore, and great lighting. A custom, remodeled bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. Nearby is a floor-to-ceiling bookcase with all kinds of reading material and board games.
While the home's inside is uniquely warm and beautiful, the landscaped and fully fenced backyard offers the perfect place to enjoy the outdoor environment. Relax in the hot tub after a long day on the beach. There's also a gas grill for a summer cookout before heading down to the beach to watch the sunset. We provide 2 adults bikes, 1 toddler and 1 child bike as well as a wagon.

The team was very helpful thorough the process. I had a little trouble receiving the email with information on checking in, but the people I at the office at MBG were very understanding, we got the information and our stay was wonderful.

My grandfather built the house and a lot of the same materials are still in place (knotty pine walls, most of the interior doors, cabinets in the laundry room, garage shelf's).
Thank you for the opportunity to visit my childhood again, I am 66 yrs young now and enjoyed the adventure of our visit.

This vacation was originally booked for 2 years ago, but due to the pandemic we had to change our plans twice. The team was always friendly, accommodating and extremely understanding in this situation and we greatly appreciated how easy it was to keep our deposit for a time when we were able to come.

This property had everything we needed for our small family. The kitchen is well stocked (although a full set of oven mitts would improve it even more) and we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner (Canadians) The beach is so close, as is the main street in town. And the hot tub was the best after a day surfing in the ocean. We hope to book this property for our next visit.

What a stunning beach house! The location and amenities were amazing. We visited the beach 3x a day, walked into town with our kids, flew kites, and enjoyed the luxurious hot tub. We have a dog and have two kids who are 3 & 7; we were pleasantly surprised that this house had everything we could need for them: beach toys, a wagon, beach umbrellas, kites, bikes, games, a small collection of kids books, kids cups & plates, a booster seat, a pack & play, night lights for every room and even a toddler bed rail!!! And the back yard was such a sweet little private space for the kids and dog to play while we prepped dinner; it has sweet little natural forts under the trees and a hose with heated water. Lovely all around! We'll be back.

Amazing location!!!! Adorable place! We were 2 adults, a teen, preteen and a dog. Our kids were able to walk to and from the house to town and the beach :) Amazing hot water spray/rinse outside made for us keeping clean. Our dog loved the yard! Cozy morning fireplace fires in a quiet neighborhood was a highlight. Close to gorgeous hikes and beaches. We love Manzanita and had a really special stay at Nomis Ark! Thank you!

This place is absolute perfection for our group. Its cute, cozy, clean, comfortable and so so close to the beach. Its got pine paneling and real windows that slide up and down. The bathroom is updated and cute as can be. I really enjoyed this place.

This was a great spot, easy access to everything in town + the beach, and a really nice house and yard. Awesome kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook a great meal (nice lots, knives, all the stuff you need but cant always find at a rental.) The hot tub was wonderful. We had a lovely time.

We love staying at Nomi's Ark it is so close to town, beach, and the highway for a quick drive to the closest trail if we want to get out which we rarely do because the house itself is so comfortable.
