Located one block up from Manzanita's seven-mile stretch of beach and a ten-minute walk to downtown, it is easy to explore the area's attractions. The edge of Nehalem Bay State Park is less than a 10-minute walk from your front door and offers hiking, biking, equestrian trails, beachcombing, fishing, and kayaking.
Life's a Beach offers a tri-level floor plan with four bedrooms and two and a half baths. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, and the main queen bedroom offers an en-suite bath with a shower and double vanity. The other upstairs bedroom has twin bunks for the kids. On the bottom level, there are two bedrooms; a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity are in between the bedrooms. The washer and dryer are in this bathroom. All mattresses and furniture in this home are brand new and very comfortable.
On the second story, a contemporary stocked kitchen comes fully equipped for that chef in the family. Some of the new finishes include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The overhang on the kitchen counters allows for 3 bar stools. The large dining table is just around the corner from the kitchen, with seating for up to eight. A sliding glass door leads to the back deck, which overlooks a forest-type area.
Bring your Netflix account information and stream a movie on the flat-screen TV in the cozy living room for a fun night. There are games, toys, and books in the living room. The living room is about seven steps up from the kitchen area and a great place to curl up with a good book on a breezy day.
The garage is a place to keep your bikes, beach toys, or anything else you don't want to be left outside. We store the BBQ in the garage as well. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. Two dogs are allowed in this home.

This house was spacious, sparkling clean and cozy. Great location - just a couple blocks from the beach and a short walk to the downtown strip. We loved the dining room table and the TV room nook. We were super comfortable. Highly recommend this space for big groups. The bedrooms are away from the common areas, which was really nice for entertaining.

From Airbnb: It was our family of 5's first trip to Manzanita, and Manzanita Beach Getaways and "Life's a Beach" made it truly fantastic. Communication - esp. re. COVID precautions they were taking and tips for hikes, restaurants, and more - was both reassuring and very helpful. The interior of the townhouse was immaculate and beautifully decorated - perfect for the beach - and very spacious. There was ample space for us and our 3 teens to gather (TV room, great dining table) and also to spread out. The back deck has a couple really comfortable chairs, and there are two additional small outdoor spaces that are great for seeing the stars at night and relaxing. outside. It's a quick 1-block walk to the beach and a very pleasant .5 miles in to "town". We will definitely be back!

We love the location because the beach was easily accessible with no crowds at all. Every evening we found ourselves around a beach fire. ( beach chair provided by the unit!)This place was perfect for a get away with my adult children and there partners.

From Airbnb: Our stay here exceeded our expectations and was the best experience we've ever had with an Airbnb!!! The location was amazing, so close to the beach. Communication was amazing and the check in and check out process was seamless. The house was even better than the (Website hidden by Airbnb) spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and one teenager. The house was also incredibly well stocked...everything we needed and wanted was available (even special towels for our 2 dogs). It was also so clean and comfortable. I feel like the information given didn't do it justice (which seems like the opposite of what usually happens). We will definitely be coming back here!

We enjoyed to proximity of the house to the beach and to town. We also enjoyed the variety of spaces to be in overall - the living/TV area, back deck, dining room, etc. It allowed for people to have a quiet space somewhere while others were gathering as a group. And it was nice that bedrooms were on separate floors from the living space. It was also nice that there were beach chairs and towels provided. The house was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
