Located one block up from Manzanita's seven-mile stretch of beach and a ten-minute walk to downtown, it is easy to explore the area's attractions. The edge of Nehalem Bay State Park is less than a 10-minute walk from your front door and offers hiking, biking, equestrian trails, beachcombing, fishing, and kayaking.
Life's a Beach offers a tri-level floor plan with four bedrooms and two and a half baths. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, and the main queen bedroom offers an en-suite bath with a shower and double vanity. The other upstairs bedroom has twin bunks for the kids. On the bottom level, there are two bedrooms; a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity are in between the bedrooms. The washer and dryer are in this bathroom. All mattresses and furniture in this home are brand new and very comfortable.
On the second story, a contemporary stocked kitchen comes fully equipped for that chef in the family. Some of the new finishes include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The overhang on the kitchen counters allows for 3 bar stools. The large dining table is just around the corner from the kitchen, with seating for up to eight. A sliding glass door leads to the back deck, which overlooks a forest-type area.
Bring your Netflix account information and stream a movie on the flat-screen TV in the cozy living room for a fun night. There are games, toys, and books in the living room. The living room is about seven steps up from the kitchen area and a great place to curl up with a good book on a breezy day.
The garage is a place to keep your bikes, beach toys, or anything else you don't want to be left outside. We store the BBQ in the garage as well. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. Two dogs are allowed in this home.

Perfect in every way! The home was perfectly situated to the beach and walking distance to the center of Manzanita village. As a bonus our stay was near Manzanita Links golf course! Wonderful host, who remained available and attentive to every aspect of our visit. Check in was a breeze, and the instructions were very clear. The home had everything we needed, and room to spread out. If your looking for a tastefully appointed and furnished accommodation, this is it!

This was our second time here and had a blast. Cant beat this location: 1 short block to manzanita beach , a short drive away from our favorite Arcadia Beach (the small parking lot means getting there early but once youre there its not busy) to search for starfish, clams and anemones, and if you need a bit of hustle & bustle youre just a short distance away from cannon beach. The hosts were communicative, the house was clean and prepped, and we had more than enough space for our party of 5 to spread out - or spend time together! Tip: most restaurants were closed Tuesday & Wednesday so plan meals accordingly.

This is a beautiful home that was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach. We had two families stay in the house for a total of 8 people and the house was a perfect fit for us. We really enjoyed the home, Manzanita and the surrounding areas. Would love to return again!

This house is really cute and comfortable. The beds and rooms are set-up well for a family (or two families) to comfortably stay in the house with plenty of room. The location is amazing - one short block from the beach, paved walking path right outside, and a 3 minute drive to downtown Manzanita. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Great location, couldnt be closer to the golf course if youre keen (literally right next door). Townhome was spotless and had really nice furnishings. Its lovely to be able to stay in such a nice home that also allows dogs. This was a last minute trip for us during the winter and we will definitely be back in the summer (and not during covid) when we can take advantage of more of what the quaint town has to offer. Hosts were also very communicative and checking in/out was so easy. Very appreciative of all the hard work that goes into this property during covid. Highly recommend staying here, wont disappoint!

The weather was crummy but thats the roulette game you play at the Oregon Coast in December/January. We cozied up here to a spacious and immaculately clean house. The memory foam mattresses were a huge plus. We will be back.

We had a great stay at Manzanita Beach. This three story unit offered us a chance to spread out a little bit and the entire space was comfortable and pristinely kept. You could tell it was managed by a professional property management company with attention to detail. They do a great job. The space also has the advantage of feeling like a comfortable home rather than like a hotel. The beach access nearby through the dunes is perfect and very quiet (we were there in winter).
