This popular two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is situated just one and a half blocks from the beach and four blocks from Manzanita Village. The primary bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, dresser, end tables, reading lamps, and an en suite bath with double sinks and a large soaking tub. The soaking tub has a skylight for those cold and rainy days when playing on the beach is not an option.
The second bedroom is spacious, with a double bed, a large dresser, end tables, and reading lamps. There are also twin bunk beds in this big room and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect, with all the room you need to prepare great meals with the family. It overlooks the kitchen and dining area, which makes for significant family interaction. The house has games, movies, WIFI, and more. For those sunny days, the bikes in the garage are a great amenity, along with the private back deck, BBQ, and comfortable outdoor seating.

Great house. Lots of extras (bikes, beach towels, toys). Fantastic location. Only ten mins walk to the shops and restaurants and a block from the beach. Would stay again.

The Manzanita Beach home was a warm, rejuvenating respite from work, daily life and the outdoor elements. Tucked into a a thicket of trees, it felt a bit like a tree house. There's not a clear view of the beach from the home, and it's about a quarter-mile walk down the road. Certainly not daunting, the home is nestled in a residential area that was quieter and less trafficked than the main roads through town. It was equipped with all we could need during our stay. I'd stay here repeatedly (and move in if I could)!

Thank you so much for a comfortable, wonderful stay! We greatly appreciated the beach towels, the key-less entry (so convenient), and the quick beach access in a relaxed, neighborhood atmosphere. The beach was not too crowded or dirty like it can be in other areas! Great spot!

Everyone was really kind. We called in advance to confirm if there was an ironing board and they confirmed there was. We also asked for a late checkout and that was granted very kindly!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the house. It was everything we were looking for. Kitchen was so well set up. House was comfy. The bunk beds are a little squeaky...it was such a great visit we are already planning our trip back.

Wonderful and very responsive! They helped us find a place that would take a dog in addition to meeting our other requests for close to town and the beach.

It was very clean, easy access and loved all the amenities! We hardly had to buy anything which was really nice. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was having to take your own recycles off the property.
We loved how close it was to the beach and town. We didn't have to drive anywhere! It was wonderful. And we loved the quiet neighborhood.

The place was absolutely perfect for our stay. Everything was in order, clean, working and very comfortable. The property was well maintained and while in town we saw other properties that were in like condition on the outside which leads me to believe they are a very reputable company. Friendly, helpful and professional all the way. Stopped by to tell ya all thanks on one of our walks into town but your office was always busy so we kept on going. So thank you now for making the rental so smooth and fun.

Loved Johnny's Garden to the max. The pictures at the website don't do it justice. Kudos to the designer and builder for creating such a perfect house to fit in that limited space. The short walk to the beach from the ultra quiet neighborhood made the visit even more enjoyable. We're just totally happy to have discovered the place and to have been able to bring along our beloved old dog. He was perfectly content to stay on the lower level rather than brave the stairs in between walks.
