This popular two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is situated just one and a half blocks from the beach and four blocks from Manzanita Village. The primary bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, dresser, end tables, reading lamps, and an en suite bath with double sinks and a large soaking tub. The soaking tub has a skylight for those cold and rainy days when playing on the beach is not an option.
The second bedroom is spacious, with a double bed, a large dresser, end tables, and reading lamps. There are also twin bunk beds in this big room and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect, with all the room you need to prepare great meals with the family. It overlooks the kitchen and dining area, which makes for significant family interaction. The house has games, movies, WIFI, and more. For those sunny days, the bikes in the garage are a great amenity, along with the private back deck, BBQ, and comfortable outdoor seating.

We had another amazing stay at Johnny's Garden, the house is perfectly situated between town and the beach, ideal for a small group/family. The kitchen is primed for cooking, cozy living room space with plenty of seating, "wood" (natural gas) stove, and large windows. We've rented this property in the winter and summer, always a great time and experience.

Johnny's Garden house is ideally located for maximum beach appreciation. It is a short, one block walk to beach, facing west, making exquisite sunsets visible just steps from the house. It is also just 2-3 blocks from Manzanita's sweet little commercial district. And it is tucked away on a very quiet street. The house is in tip-top shape, very clean, well stocked with every item promised. Can't go wrong staying here!

Our new favorite beach rental! This wonderful house is furnished and supplied with everything you might need, just like home. The deck is a cute place to have morning coffee and the kitchen is really nice to cook in. We spent more time relaxing at the house than at the beach!
