From VRBO: This house is an ideal set up for families with adult kids because all the bedrooms have either queen or king size beds. Its very hard to find a 4 bedroom house that does not have bunk beds. And all the beds are comfortable! The best view of the ocean is from the front deck but the more private back deck has one too and you are kind of nestled in the treetops. The house is full of amazing light, a well appointed kitchen and is an excellent location for beach access or a walk to town.

Lovely pictures/wall hangings, bed spreads, decorating touches. Dog supplies were provided including a large crate, dog towels, poop bags. Communication with rental agency was excellent. They even left a birthday card for my grandson - I had mentioned we were celebrating his 7th birthday there. Check out procedure very easy also. Really lovely beach trip.

From VRBO: We have rented quite a few big houses over the years for visits with our grand children and this one tops them all. We especially enjoyed the layout which has a large upstairs bedroom with a king bed and balcony and three separate bedrooms on the ground level, one king and two queens. This set up allows people to sleep in or nap to their hearts content, while others can enjoy the spacious upstairs living room and kitchen without disturbing the sleepy heads downstairs. This may not seem like a big deal, but most of the other big houses we have rented are laid out in a manner that causes early-risers to wake up or bother people trying to sleep in. We highly recommend this rental, especially if you have teenagers who sleep in!!

This was a great spot to spend a week. Close to the beach, comfortable rooms,, and quiet neighborhood! My favorite feature....hmm. There were a few. The master suite was wonderful (private porch, amazing mattress (temperpedic?), fantastic walk-in shower and a HEATED TOWEL RACK!!!! The last one was probably my favorite (could you tell?). The other favorite features were quality kitchen appliances and new washer/dryer.

Overall its a lovely property with plenty of room for large groups (8 people). We loved being so close to the beach and having a quick walk back to the house. It was nice having 2 king size bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The house was just as we anticipated it would be based upon the photos and descriptions given. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to friends.

The proximity to the beach and setup for spending time there was great. It was nice having beach blankets to borrow. When coming back from the beach it was helpful to use the water spigot outside and utility sink inside to get sand off of feet and clothes.

Everything was very straight forward and concise in written correspondence. I did not get my door code e-mail 3 days prior to stay but I e-mailed and called and was responded to quickly. Likely the e-mail was lost in spam or something on my end.
