We are beyond thrilled to introduce to you Dune's Edge!
With 2,298 square feet, this Manzanita dog-friendly home offers spectacular ocean and beach views and a private retreat for your group. The home's location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet you are a 2-minute drive to the excitement of downtown Manzanita or Manzanita Beach.
The main level has a beautifully furnished living room with a wood-burning fireplace, puzzle table, and flatscreen Roku TV with a DVD player. The fully stocked kitchen opens to the dining area that leads outside to the backyard, where you can grill or catch some sunshine. Nearby for convenience is a powder room. The King primary bedroom with an entrance to the backyard also is on the first floor with an attached bathroom.
Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms. The first spacious bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, and a desk for family members who work from home. The queen bedroom has plenty of room to unpack and nightstands with lamps. Last but not least, the massive kid's bedroom has a fold-out couch and a set of bunk beds (Full/Twin). There are two cozy reading nooks with seating and even a bean bag. The kid's bedroom was furnished with comfortable carpets, toys, and books to welcome the little ones to their home away from home. There is a queen fold-out couch in this room that has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The full bathroom upstairs has a shower and bathtub. This bathroom is shared with all rooms upstairs.
Outside at Dune's Edge, you will find a wood-burning SOLO smokeless fire pit with seating for the traditional smores every vacation needs! On the side of the house is a hot/cold outdoor seasonal shower to use after a beach day. As you make your way to the back, there is plenty of room for the family to enjoy their meals as the day unwinds.

Our stay was low stress, which says a lot when we travel with toddler twin boys! The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Everything was easily cleaned and wiped down. The house was really lovely and had an area just for kids to explore. We couldn't have been happier to find the property and will definitely be coming back in the future.

This house was the perfect getaway for a weekend at the coast. The views were incredible and the house itself was the perfect size and we felt right at home! So cozy! So many amenities in the kitchen!! Was so pleasantly surprised to see not only a blender but also a mixer! You could cook an entire feast in there if you wanted to!

It was wonderful! Excellent house. We thoroughly enjoyed it and absolutely loved the surprise ping pong table bonus in the garage. I wish the house had a 2nd story deck to enjoy the magnificent views but that is certainly not a knock against the property management company who was terrific in every way. We thought the house was perfect in decor, furnishings, and housewares and loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We hope to come back some day, soon!

Great house in a great location. Wonderful views, clean, comfortable, and just what we needed to recharge. House is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a couple of minute drive into town. The host was very responsive and communicative. We'll definitely come back to Manzanita again!
