Description
The Dragonfly features white wainscoting and crown molding throughout the first floor of this Cape Cod style home. Surrounded by daylight from the windows in the dining and living room, this home boasts an open floor plan to comfortably accommodate our guests.
On the first floor, wood floors flow throughout the entry, kitchen, living, and dining room. The large kitchen has beautiful custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The large, first floor bedroom has a four poster, king bed and two closets. The bathroom is next door with a tub and shower.
On the second floor, the large windows along the stairs invite you up to the large master suite. The master provides you with a king bed and a private deck with a peak of the ocean. It also includes a Smart TV and DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub with a tiled shower. The second bedroom is a kid's paradise with matching twin beds, a closet full of toys and their very own attached bathroom. This bathroom has a large, tiled, walk-in shower.
Between these two bedrooms is the laundry room and a large loft that has a daybed for extra sleeping space. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The house sleeps seven in beds and has a ten maximum occupancy. Manzanita Beach is less than a ten minute walk away. This home is a dream come true!

Light and airy. Welcoming and quite convenient to beach. One family member was so excited that it was outside of the tsunami zone. very clean. Lots of good kitchen equipment and small appliances. Dishes and pots and pans were so-so. Kitchen very convenient and large. Great sitting and dining areas. Easy instructions for television and cable use. Very clean and welcoming, nice decor.

We had a problem with the smoke alarm -- it went off two nights for no apparent reason. The batteries needed to be changed. A maintenance person was sent out promptly after we called which was nice, it was just a bummer that we got two nights of interrupted sleep while on vacation.

The property was lovely and comfortable and well equipped. We had three kids (ages 4, 8 and 11) with us so the games, outlet covers, and footstools in the bathroom really helped. Having locks on the inside of the bathroom and bedroom doors wasn't great with a 4 year old though. We appreciated the kitchen and the equipment as we did a lot of cooking. Also liked the location and ease of walking to town and the beach.
