This home is located on the south side of Manzanita just 100 feet from the beach. Views of the ocean, state park and Neahkahnie Mountain can be seen from all around this spacious, nicely furnished home. Through the front door is a newly tiled entry. This entry leads you to a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds.
All the natural light from the second floor invites you up the open-stair case where you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room and powder room. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room to make for great family interaction. There are windows surrounding the second floor with great views, a 50" flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and two decks, one off the front of the house and one off the back. The front deck has views of the ocean, beach and trees of Nehalem Bay State Park. The large back deck has views of Neahkahnie Mountain and the beautiful 7-mile stretch of beach which is Manzanita.

Up on the third level are more great views and two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. This home is more than ready for 1, 2 and even 3 families. We guarantee you will have long lasting vacation memories at "The Beach Home".

The house was in a great location. The kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, glasses and pots & pans. Thank you for providing firewood, that was a time-saver. Our grandson had a ball with the bucket and shovel. The one problem we experienced was with the grill. It would not heat up, the flame was very small. I think it needs a good cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. Loved the large laundry room!
